Heritage Aviation is proud to share that it has been recognized as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Vermont for the 10th consecutive year, earning the #25 spot in the Small Business category (15–99 employees). The announcement was made during an awards ceremony hosted by VermontBiz and the Vermont Chamber of Commerce at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Burlington Vermont, where more than 400 attendees gathered to celebrate employers across the state.
The Best Places to Work program highlights organizations that prioritize strong workplace culture and employee experience. Rankings are based largely on direct employee feedback, combined with a review of company practices and policies.

Organizations from across Vermont participated in the evaluation process, with only a select group earning a place on the final list. The program, established in 2006, continues to spotlight employers who are making a positive impact on Vermont’s workforce and business community.
